Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping Information
   Shipping Process

Your orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
This period may vary during busy seasons or for custom-made products.

Shipping Company

All shipments are made through our contracted courier companies.
Your tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

The delivery time may vary between 1-5 business days depending on your city and the courier company’s workload.
For villages, towns, and remote areas, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Shipping Fee

Shipping is free for orders above a certain amount.

For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be added to your cart total and displayed during the payment process.

2. Damaged or Missing Product Delivery

Before receiving your order, please make sure to check the package.
If there is any damage or signs of being opened, please ask the courier to prepare a report and do not accept the package.
In case of a damaged or missing product, please contact us via e-mail at info@bradoor.com.tr within 24 hours.

3. Return Policy
   Return Period

Product returns can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
For your return request to be processed, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Custom-sized or personalized products

Used, assembled, or damaged products

Products with damaged or missing original packaging

Return Process

Send your return request to info@bradoor.com.tr.

Once your request is approved, you will receive the return shipping details.

Send the product to us using the specified courier company.

After the product is inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Return Fee

If the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, the return shipping cost will be covered by BRADOOR.

In other cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

4. Exchange Policy

You can also request an exchange within 14 days, just like the return process.
Depending on stock availability, the requested product will be exchanged or a refund will be issued.
